So how does Bradian Hypnosis help you lose weight?

Body Fat is Stored Energy!


Body fat is nothing more than stored energy. If you are overweight you have a lot of energy, it is just stored in the fatty cells of your body. Body fat is energy that you took in (the food you ate) that your body did not need for performing daily activities and maintaining good health.


The Only Time You Are Putting on Weight Is When You Are Eating or Drinking Calories!


Consider this: The only time you are putting on any weight, whatsoever, is when you are taking in food or drink — all of the rest of the time you are losing weight!


Depending on your height, it takes somewhere between 800 to 2,500 calories a day just to maintain your normal body temperature (98.6º F) and to keep things working inside your body. In addition, it takes energy to move. Working, playing, exercising or just rolling over in bed burn up energy. Less intake (eating less) and greater expenditure (exercise) cause your body to draw on your energy reserves — body fat. When you use up your reserve energy without replacing it, you lose weight and “inches.” But… you probably already know this, too!


Hypnosis Changes Behavior


Now if you could just find a way to get your eating and exercising behavior consistent with what you know and desire, it would only be a matter of time until you were fit, trim and healthy.


That is exactly what I do: Not only do I get your behavior (how you act and feel) to be the same as your knowledge and desire, but I get rid of your feeling hungry between time. As the result of going through the hypnotic process you feel filled and satisfied after having eaten the right amount of the right foods. The process eliminates the feelings that you need to eat because you are stressed/bored/angry/happy/unhappy/lonely or you see or smell food. In addition, “hypnosis” breaks the habit of procrastination. You feel like exercising and enjoy burning up your store of energy — body fat.
